MY VERY FIRST FISHING DAY OF THE YEAR // MI PRIMER DÍA DE PESCA DEL AÑO

HAPPY NEW 2012 to everyone! Today, after have been doing some articles for this blog I really felt like go fishing and today was a good day.  Our destination has been Torre de Abraham reservoir. This morning, about 9 o'clock it was foggy and the temperature was -4ºC. We were all day long with spinnerbaits, minows, spoons,... and finally, with softbaits. After trying with differents speeds, I dragged my red-head sofbait and sometimes I jigged softly, and suddenly I felt a vibration. I went on dragging and I noticed it once more. I stopped and when the fish pulled from the end's line I went on with him for a second and I pulled sharply and I got a 2 kilos pike which didn't fight what I expected.

 This fish is not too big, however it is my very first fish of the year!! And that is why I've wrote down to show you. I don't really know when will be my next time, but I'm looking forward to fishing once more...

¡FELIZ AÑO 2012 PARA TODOS! Hoy, después de haber estado haciendo algunos artículos para el blog tenía un mono de pesca enorme y hoy era un buen día. Nuestro destino ha sido el embalse de la Torre de Abraham. Esta mañana, sobre las 9 en punto estaba todo con niebla espesa y la temperatura era de -4ºC. Estuvimos todo el día con spinners, rapalas, cucharillas, .... y finalmente con vinilos. Después de intentar con diferentes velocidades, arrastré mi pikie de cabeza roja y alguna vez daba saltitos pequeños, y de repente, sentí una vibración. Seguí arrastrando y la noté una vez más. Paré y cuando el pez tiró desde el final de la línea continué con él un momento para posteriormente dar un tirón brusco y clavar un lucio de 2 kilos que no luchó lo que esperaba.

Este pez no es muy grande, sin embargo ¡es mi primer pez del año! Y esto es la razón por la que he escrito para enseñarlo. No sé realmente cuando será mi próxima vez, pero ya estoy deseando ir de pesca una vez más...
